Reared in a Catholic home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Glen played football in high school and received various honors and awards including, All District; All State; All Southern; and All American. After receiving a scholarship to Louisiana Tech University, where he started as a running back, he made All Conference; won two national championships; and was the most outstanding offensive back three out of four years.

During his freshman year in college, Glen met Denny Duron, who told Glen that he needed to be saved to go to Heaven. Glen responded, Saved from what? After three years of witnessing, Denny placed Glen on his Top 10 Most Unsavable list. Glen was comfortable with his college life, but was bothered with hearing that if he were to die without being saved, he would go to hell. After being convicted by the Holy Spirit, Glen was finally led to pray with Denny and accepted Jesus Christ on April 30, 1973. From that day forward, he has never thought of going back to his old lifestyle. Once the commitment was made to the Lord, it was total commitment.

As a gifted speaker, teacher, and evangelist, Glen has ministered at conferences, churches, camps, and conventions all over the world. From his youth ministry days of pastoring one of the largest youth ministries in the nation - 1500 at Wednesday night youth services - he continues to train, counsel, and direct youth leaders from all over the nation.

Glen has a Master's Degree in Pastoral Ministries. He is the author of a youth manual, Strategies for Advancing Youth Ministries. Glen has also authored a book entitled, When God Shakes a City: The Modesto Revival.

He is an anointed speaker who will powerfully affect adults and youth alike with challenging and life-changing messages. Few are gifted with the ability to possess humor, a prophetic edge, and have powerfully anointed altar services with each message.

Presently, Glen is Senior Pastor of Calvary Temple Worship Center in Modesto, California, a church of over 7000. This ministry in Central California has been explosive. All outreaches at Calvary Temple including 8 years of presenting the drama Heaven's Gates and Hell's Flames totaled over 90,000 people won to the Lord. At Calvary, his dream of training ministers has become reality as President of Global Bible Outreach, a Bible school with majors in children, youth, music, missions, counseling and pastoral ministries.
